1. Fire

Exactly that. For when you need to step into your power – this heat-building dynamic flow will cultivate strength and leave you feeling equally powerful and sweaty. Run time – 56 minutes.

2. Water

A fluid, delicious 69 minute hip-opening flow to tap into your intuition and creativity. This practice will explore the mind-body connection to help you unite emotional body and physical body.

3. Air

Floaty heart openers with a focus on self love. This 58 minute practice will explore challenging backbends and balances all while creating an atmosphere of openness and self-acceptance. 

4. Earth

For when you’re feeling busy and stressed, a slow flow to re-connect and sooth. Relax into this grounding yoga practice to bring you back to your centre. Total run time – 65 minutes.
